Far West League

From BR Bullpen

The Far West League began play in 1948. The class D[1] league shrank from 8 teams to 6 in 1951 and was gone by 1952 as one of many short-lived post-World War II minor leagues.

  • From 1948 through 1951, the league was dominated by Ray Perry.
