Amy Johnson has pitched for the Canadian women's national team.
Johnson made two appearances in the group phase of the 2023-2024 Women's Baseball World Cup. She saved Julia Konigshofer's win over Hong Kong. She retired all six batters that day, five of them by strikeout - Hiu-Tung Avis Wong, Hiu-Tung Leung, Chung-Yan Yuen, Tsz-Yan Wai, Yik-Shan Hung and Wing-Ki Mui. Her other outing was against the US. Relieving Alexane Fournier in the 4th with a 7-0 deficit, one out and the bases loaded, she walked Ashton Lansdell to force in a run. Alex Hugo singled in a run and Naomi Ryan drew a walk to make it 10-0. Valerie Perez singled in two more and Jade Gortarez added a RBI single. Emily Baxter then relieved. [1]
