2021 Northeast-10 Conference Tournament

The 2021 Northeast-10 Conference baseball tournament was held entirely at home sites of the higher seed of each matchup. The first round was a a single elimination pitting #2 vs. #7, #3 vs. #6 and #4 vs, #5 in each division. The second round was a single elimination pitting #1 vs. the lowest remaining seed, and middle two seeds vs. each other, again within each division. The third round was a best-of-three championship series within each division. The fourth round was a best-of-three series between the two division winners. Northeast #1 Southern New Hampshire University defeated Southwest #1 Adelphi University for the title. Alex Kennedy of Southern New Hampshire was named MVP.
