Pat Boen

Pat Boen has been a college coach.

Boen was a shortstop in baseball and a point guard in basketball while in college. He won a state basketball title in high school and is in the Brockton High School Hall of Fame. Boen became head coach at his alma mater, Stonehill, in 1998 and won 25 games his first year to set a school record. He won 23 games in 1999 and was named Northeast-10 Conference Coach of the Year. He topped his own mark with 34 wins in 2000 and the school made the NCAA Tournament for the first time. He again was named Conference Coach of the Year. Boen had 245 wins after nine years and won another Coach of the Year award in 2006.
