1964 NAIA College World Series

The 1964 NAIA College World Series was held at Phil Welch Stadium in St. Joseph, MO. The eight teams qualified for the tournament by winning their District and Area Tournaments. West Liberty State College defeated Grambling State University in the championship game. Frank Ujcich of West Liberty State was named MVP.

* During the tournament, it was revealed that freshman catcher Dave Pavlesic of Mayville State had signed a professional contract in 1961 and had played for the Newton-Conover Twins. Mayville State forfeited its wins over Eastern Illinois and Wartburg, which are now officially 9-0 losses.
