1960 NAIA College World Series

The 1960 NAIA College World Series was held in Sioux City, IA. Whitworth College defeated Georgia Southern College in the championship game. Teams qualified as champions of eight of the nine NAIA districts, either by winning an area tournament or committee selection. Area 5 (Southeast) was not represented. Ray Washburn of Whitworth was named MVP.
