Spammers

I'm not sure who has been approving new users lately, but it seems that it's being done automatically, and as a result we've been under attack by spammers the last two days. There have been over 20 accounts created that all appear to be from spammers; Alex and I have been blocking and deleting them as soon as we have proof that they're actually spammers, but it would be easier if the accounts were denied from the get-go. Broken page

Nick, Could you have a look at Template:Today_in_Baseball/February_12. It returns an error page, which is especially problematic because it is linked to today's front page. Could you either restore it or blank it (I can recreate an appropriate page easily, but right now, it's impossible to edit the page). Let me know what you can do. Is there a way to add galleries to pages?

I found a bunch of pictures of old players that I thought would be nice to include as for like documentation purposes, but I feel like having upward of 3 in each page would look sloppy so is there a way to include them in a nice little gallery in the page? Wikitext and Signatures

Is there a way to render a hyperlink as an image in Wikitext. I've done it in HTML/CSS so I know it's feasible.

Also, when I tried to incorporate Wikitext codes into my signature, it treats it all as nowiki. -<text font="Agency FB" color="Silver">User:Umbreon9(User talk:Umbreon9)</text> 21:16, 31 March 2024 (UTC)

Uploading seems to be erroring out as well - Could not open lock file for "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/1/1b/GSAC.jpg". site traffic

I was just wondering if there was a way you could view how many views total this site and each page gets because I noticed the long outdated Baseball Fandom Wiki appears to come up higher on google search than the bullpen and i feel like it may be a bad thing if sites like that are getting pushed higher while this one is being pushed to the bottom for how much effort we all put into it to keep it as up to date and factual as possible. Majority of the pages on that site haven't been updated since the 2000s and appear like "Player so and so is currently playing for the Boston Red Sox" despite having been retired for over a decade.
