New York Tech was a founding member of the New York Collegiate Athletic Conference in 1989, but didn't compete in the conference in baseball until 2018. The school apparently did not have a team for one year in 1992.
In August 2020, New York Institute of Technology announced it would be suspending its intercollegiate NCAA DII athletics activities for at least two years [1].
