Biographical Information[edit]
Muhammad Ahsan Baig has been a player for the Pakistani national team.
Baig was 1 for 12 as a utility man (1B/2B/RF) in the 2012 Asian Championship, getting his lone hit off China's Tao Bu. He was used as a corner outfielder in the 2014 Asian Games, hitting either 6th or 2nd in the order. He struck out twice against Japan's Reo Moriyasu before being replaced by Burhan Johar, was 0 for 1 with two walks, a strikeout and three runs in a rout of Monglia and went 1 for 4 with a whiff against China. He again had his lone hit in an international event against China, this time facing Haifan Yang. For the event, his 3 runs tied Umair Imdad Bhatti, Nasir Nadeem Butt, Johar and Khurram Raza Khan for second on the team, behind Muhammad Sumair Zawar.
