Biographical Information[edit]

Min-sung Park has pitched for the South Korean women's national team.

She debuted in the 2019 Women's Baseball Asian Cup, losing to the Philippines. [1] She had a 21.00 ERA and hit .250/.250/.357. [2] She had a 1-1, 4.57 record in the 2023 Women's Baseball Asian Cup and went 0-for-2; she beat Jojielyn Lim and the Philippines but lost to Hsiao-Chien Wang and Taiwan; South Korea won Bronze. She tied for 5th in the Cup in appearances (3), tied for second in starts (2, one behind Yin-Sum Kwong), was 5th in IP (7 2/3, between Reshma Shivaji Punekar and Athulya Chonamkandathil), was 7th in runs allowed (13) but was not among the top 10 in earned runs (giving up 5), tied Chonamkandathil for 9th in walks (6) and tied Sixuan Li for 6th in strikeouts (6). South Korea moved on to the 2023-2024 Women's Baseball World Cup. They only played in the 2023 phase; she had a no-decision against Hong Kong and lost to Rosa Del Castillo and Mexico. She had a 9.45 ERA in the event. She tied for the most starts, tied Kwong for 6th in IP (6 2/3), allowed the most hits (13, one more than Hei-Ting Lau), was 4th in runs allowed (13) and tied Narda Andrade for 3rd in earned runs (9).
