Team History[edit]
The Empire State Greys were formed before the 2022 season by the Frontier League as a response to the Southern Illinois Miners ceasing operations at the end of the 2021 season. The Greys compete as a road team having no home games. At one point in the 2022 season, the Greys had a 35-game losing streak. They returned in 2023 as the league had still not been able to establish a regular team that would have made its number of team even.
