Biographical Information

Chien-Ming Lo pitched in the CPBL for 4 years.

Lo was drafted by the Chinatrust Whales in the sixth round of the 2003 CPBL Draft, and he had a 4.24 ERA in 9 games in his rookie year. He spent the entire 2005 season in the CPBL minor leagues, then he had a solid 2.98 ERA in 35 relief outings in 2006. He tied Chien-Fu Yang, Chih-Hua Hsu, Yu-Chan Liu and Chun-Chung Huang for 10th in appearances. However, he slumped to a 5.20 ERA in 32 games in 2007, and his ERA was 12.96 in 10 games in 2008. Lo went undrafted in the special draft after the Whales were expelled, and his professional career ended. He started to coach Ping-Jen High School in 2015.

Overall, Lo was 2-1 with a 4.57 ERA, struck out 84 and pitched 104 1/3 innings in 4 seasons in the CPBL.
