Biographical Information

Cheng-Chun Yang played in the CPBL for 3 years. His brothers Tai-Chun Yang and Chiang-Sen Yang both played in CPBL. He is also the nephew of I-Teng Lin and cousin of Chen-Yu Yang and Sheng-En Lin.

Yang was drafted by the EDA Rhinos in the 10th round of the 2014 CPBL Draft, and he hit .241/.324/.276 in his rookie year. His batting line was .224/.272/.368 in 38 games in 2016, but he only played 18 games with a .217/.288/.283 batting line in 2017. Yang was released after the 2017 season, and his professional career ended.

Overall, Yang had hit .225/.287/.325 with 34 hits in 3 seasons in the CPBL.
