Carilion Clinic Field at Salem Memorial Ballpark in Salem, VA, is the home of the Salem Red Sox, the Boston Red Sox' Low-A Carolina League farm team. Part of the James E. Taliaferro Sports and Entertainment Complex southeast of downtown, the playpen has an impressive view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Construction delays pushed its 1995 debut to August 7th. Taliaferro, Salem's mayor at the time, suggested "Memorial" to honor Salem's veterans. 2017 was a big year: a new stadium naming-rights contract; its third record crowd in three seasons - 8,847, May 19th (broken again in 2018); and the Carolina League All-Star Game. That same year, the franchise's 50th straight in the Carolina League, also saw it shifted to the other division because the circuit added two teams in North Carolina.

Originally Salem Memorial Baseball Stadium, it is now on its third field naming rights deal - all with stadium signage to match. Before the 2007 season, LewisGale HealthSystems purchased field-naming rights. LewisGale Field was embossed under the main stadium sign, which was changed to Salem Memorial Ballpark, and the name was presented as LewisGale Field at Salem Memorial Ballpark. In 2017, Haley Toyota took over those rights, with a new sign covering the LewisGale one. Just before the 2021 campaign, Carilion Clinic succeeded Haley without fanfare such as a news release. The clinic had previously sponsored a party deck.
