The 2021 American Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at BayCare Ballpark in Clearwater, FL. #6 University of South Florida defeated #5 University of Central Florida for the title. Outfielder Daniel Cantu of South Florida was named tournament Most Outstanding Player.
