The 2012 Big 12 Conference baseball tournament was held at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City, OK. #6 University of Missouri defeated #4 University of Oklahoma for the title. Shortstop Eric Garcia of Missouri was named tournament Most Outstanding Player.
