The 1999 Big 12 Conference baseball tournament was held at SBC Bricktown Ballpark in Oklahoma City, OK. #5 University of Nebraska defeated #2 Baylor University for the title. Pitcher Jason Jennings of Baylor was named tournament Most Outstanding Player.
