Shamokin, PA
Shamokin is located in eastern Pennsylvania, 15 miles east of Sunbury, PA and the Susquehanna River in a coal mining area. Harry Coveleski, Stan Coveleski, Jake Daubert, George Gilham and Bud Weiser were born here. Weiser and J.B. Young died here. Shamokin High School was here.
