Biographical Information[edit]
Sailiilemalo Laolagi was on the American Samoa national team in the 2011 Pacific Games. In the opener, he started at third base and hit 6th against Fiji. He singled off Emosi Gotegote his first at-bat and stole second, but was 1-for-10 with a hit-by-pitch the rest of the Games; the other hit was a double off Sanail Colainima (also of Fiji) in the 5th/6th place game. He fielded .647 with six errors in four games. He also pitched once, starting and losing to Raynold Sadang and Palau; he went 1 2/3 IP and allowed 3 hits, 4 walks and 5 runs (3 earned) while fanning one (Melngis Uchel) - Ikaika Mahuka relieved. Only Thomas Gibbons and Rupeni Batai finished with higher ERAs in the Games and he tied O'Leary Ise and Inoke Niubalavu for the most errors.
