Biographical Information[edit]
Robby Corsaro has been a minor league pitcher and a scout.
Corsaro was picked by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 47th round of the 1989 amateur draft, one choice before Danny Patterson. He went 0-5 with five saves and a 2.95 ERA in 22 games for the Batavia Clippers; in 39 2/3 IP, he struck out 33 and allowed 31 hits and 13 walks. Corsaro later scouted for the Cincinnati Reds, Montreal Expos, and Florida Marlins, signing Greg Burns, Brad Haynal, Casey McCarthy, Garrett Parcell, Alex Sanabia, Kyle Skipworth and Jason Vargas.
