Biographical Information[edit]

Rawafi Yaputra Yanto Rozali has played for the Indonesian national team.

In the 2011 Southeast Asian Games, he helped Indonesia win the Silver Medal. He pitched 2 2/3 innings in the 2018 East Asian Baseball Cup (1 H, 2 BB, 3 K, 1 R).

In the 2018 Asian Games, he pitched three games for the hosts, tying for second on the team (two behind Nanda Dwi Saputra) but his 33.75 ERA was second-highest on the team, with only Ramon Setiyono higher. His first outing in the Asian Games came against Hong Kong, relieving Hadi Nur Muhammad with a 7-4 deficit in the 9th. He walked Wing-Sing Li and threw a wild pitch, then got Ho-Yin Liu on a grounder and Li was picked off third base by catcher Faldy Akhmad Zulfikar. Wo-Sau Pun flew out to end the inning. Against Bronze Medal winner Taiwan, Rozali took over for Andika Arlistianto with one out in the 6th, down 8-0 with one runner aboard. Tzu-Hsien Chan singled in a run, then Rozali threw a wild pitch. He retired Tzu-Chieh Lin but walked Jui-Mi Chen and Po-Ting Hsiao. Another wild pitch scored a run, then Chen-Fei Lin doubled in two. Saputra took over and got the last out of the inning. Finally, he appeared in Indonesia's first win ever in a baseball game at the Asian Games. He relieved Arlistianto with a 12-5 lead over Thailand in the 7th. He gave up a single to Siraphop Nadee and walked Phoomwut Wutthikorn, then Saputra relieved; both runners would score, but Indonesia held on.
