Ramon Setiyono was a pitcher for the Indonesian national team in the 2015 Asian Championship. He gave up 5 runs on 4 hits, a walk and 3 wild pitches in an inning against Taiwan and gave up 3 hits, 3 walks and 4 runs without retiring a batter versus South Korea but threw a hitless, scoreless inning against China (walking two). His 40.50 ERA was highest on the team in the event.

He pitched once in the 2018 Asian Games. Against Gold Medal winner South Korea, he relieved Lukman Kurnia Ramdhoni in the bottom of the 5th with a 13-0 deficit. He retired Hae-min Park but gave up a double to former major leaguer Byung-ho Park. Eui-ji Yang drew a walk, then Setiyono threw a wild pitch. Jae-won Lee then singled in both runners, making it a mercy rule 15-0 game, ending early. His 54.00 ERA may have been the highest on the home team but was not the highest for the Games - Gordon Chun-Ming Chau, Adichat Wongvichit and Yusong Lu were all highewr.
