People's Republic of China women's national baseball team
The China women's national baseball team is a national team of China and is controlled by the Chinese Baseball Association. It represents the nation in women's international competition. The team is a member of WBSC Asia.
They debuted in the 2019 Women's Baseball Asian Cup, finishing fourth and winning a spot in the 2020 Women's Baseball World Cup. Yirang Shang was the All-Star shortstop. After the 2020 WBWC was delayed and then canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they did not appear until the 2023 Women's Baseball World Cup when they fell to 6th and failed to requalify. Huan Yang hit .500/.583/.900 with 5 RBI in their five games, while Sixuan Liu (1-1, 5.40) led the staff.
