The Palestine American Baseball Team was formed of people who descended from the former British colony of Palestine, the vast majority from Chicago and California with four players from the Middle East as well. As such, it was much like the "Greek national team" in being almost entirely American. They finished second in the 2023 West Asia Baseball Cup to advance to the 2023 Asian Championship.
