Newberry is in northwest South Carolina about 35 miles northwest of Columbia, SC.
Newberry College has hosted a number of postseason tournaments here, including the South Atlantic Conference Tournament in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2023, and Division II CWS Southeast Regionals in 2019 and 2023.
