Biographical Information[edit]
Na Chuang has been an outfielder for the Guangdong Leopards in the China Baseball League.
Na played for the Chinese national team in the 2013 Southeast Asian Games. He was with them for the 2014 Asian Games, going 1 for 8 with 4 walks and a run, serving as China's main DH. In the 2015 Asian Championship, he was China's main DH again and clearly their top hitter, going 9 for 16 with 4 runs and four RBI. He led the team in average (Shunyi Yang's .300 was a distant second among the regulars), hits (as many as #2 Xiao Cui and #3 Zan Cheng combined) and RBI (double anyone else) and was second in RBI (one behind Cui). He and Chang had their only hits off Taisuke Yamaoka in an opening loss to Japan and in a game 3 loss against Wei-Chieh Huang and Taiwan. He also had a hit against champion South Korea then had three hits in their two wins, against Indonesia and Pakistan. Among the three teams that did not win a medal, he easily led in hits, three ahead of Pakistan's Ubaid Ullah. He tied Woo-sung Lee for the most hits in the event.
