Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Merle Coleman played in the minor leagues from 1935 to 1949, missing the 1942-1945 seasons. Coleman pitched mainly in the low minors but pitched 3 games in the International League in 1936, less than 10 games in the Texas League in 1939-1940 and 5 games in the Southern Association in 1941.
