Marty Slimak
Marty Slimak has been a successful NCAA Division III coach for many years.
Slimak went to UTEP on a football scholarship and also played baseball in college. He became head coach at California Lutheran University in 1994 and was 466-238-7 after 17 years there. He took the team to the 1996 Division III College World Series (where they finished second), 1998 Division III College World Series and 1999 Division III College World Series. He coached Jason Hirsh at California Lutheran.
