Biographical Information[edit]
Ken Parker scouted for the Baltimore Orioles (1970-1974), Philadelphia Phillies (1981-1982), San Francisco Giants (1983-1990), Pittsburgh Pirates (1991-?) and Cincinnati Reds and worked for the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau. His signees have included Jeff Brantley, Will Clark, Charlie Hayes, Greg Litton, Mike Remlinger, Robby Thompson and Matt Williams. He was a minor league hitting coordinator for the Pirates and managed the Baton Rouge River Bats to the 2003 Southeastern League title.
