Biographical Information[edit]

Infielder Jimmy Johnson played in the Houston Astros chain from 1969 to 1976, reaching AAA in 1973 and 1976.

Johnson became the Colorado Rockies minor league hitting coordinator in the early 2000s.

Johnson's son, Jace Johnson, played in the minors from 1995 to 1998.
