Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Hobe Brummette played from 1921 to 1939 in the minor leagues. He hit over .300 nine times and over .350 four times. His best season was 1928, when he hit .397 with 22 home runs and 122 RBI for the Greensboro Patriots. He never played in AA, AAA or the majors.
