The Grand Canyon Rafters were a team in the Arizona Fall League. After playing their debut season at Grand Canyon College they moved to Tempe, AZ, changing their name to the Tempe Rafters. In 1997 Tempe moved to Scottsdale, AZ and revived the "Grand Canyon Rafters" name. The Rafters moved to Surprise, AZ in 2005 but kept the "Grand Canyon" name until 2007 when they became the Surprise Rafters.
