Biographical Information

George Fingers pitched in the minor leagues for the Williamson Colts of the Mountain States League in 1938.

He is the father of Hall of Famer Rollie Fingers, who was born a decade after his playing career ended. He is also the uncle of Gordon Fingers and grandfather of Jason Fingers. He served in the military in World War II.
