Biographical Information[edit]
Eduin Villa has pitched in the minors and for the Colombian national team.
He was 1-2 with a 9.90 ERA for the 2014 DSL Giants, striking out 22 in 20 innings but with a 2.00 WHIP. He did not pitch in '15 then had a save and a 6.43 ERA for the '16 DSL Giants. He pitched one game for Colombia when they won Silver in the 2022 Bolivarian Games. Relieving Carlos Diaz in the 7th inning with a 9-3 deficit against the champion Dominican national team. He allowed a single to Luis Guzmán, a double to Victor Luna and singles to Rando Moreno and Winston López to make it 11-3. He then flipped things around by getting three straight outs from Trinitty Berroa, Stanley Javier and Darlin Germán.
