Biographical Information

Winston López won Gold with the Dominican national team in the 2022 Bolivarian Games, backing up Wandherley Del Rosario at catcher. In their only loss, to the Venezuelan national team, he pinch-hit for Del Rosario and drew a walk from Ángel León before scoring on a Trinitty Berroa double. His other game, he drove in 3 against Colombia, with a two-run single off Eduin Villa. He finished the Games 1-for-3 with a walk, two runs and three RBI. He handled nine chances error-free and threw out the only runner who tried to steal off him.
