Dong Lien is a coach.

Lien was a student athletic therapist with the Winnipeg Goldeyes while at the University of Manitoba. He was strength and conditioning coach for the 2005 Clearwater Threshers, trainer for the 2006 Batavia Muckdogs and minor league conditioning coordinator for the Philadelphia Phillies (2007). He was promoted to major league conditioning coordinator in November 2007.
