Indonesia is a nation consisting of many islands in southeastern Asia. The country sent a team to the 2009 Asian Championship and 2015 Asian Championship and hosted the 2018 Asian Games in the capital, Jakarta. To mark the country's 77th independence day, the first Indonesia Baseball League was held in 2022.
