Dave Lottsfeldt has been a scout.

Lottsfeldt played briefly in the minors, going 4 for 34 with 5 walks, 14 whiffs, 4 runs and 3 RBI in 17 games for the 1984 Lakeland Tigers. He fielded .931 in 16 games at catcher. He has scouted for the Detroit Tigers, New York Mets and San Diego Padres, signing Jaff Decker, Philip Humber, Nick Hundley, Scott Kazmir, Blake McGinley, Fernando Perez, Eric Sogard and Josh Spence.
