Biographical Information[edit]
Alex Cosmidis was a minor league infielder from 1951-1961 and a minor league manager from 1961-1970. He spent several partial seasons in AAA and was there all of 1959.
Cosmidis scouted for the San Francisco Giants in 1964, the California Angels in 1982-1986 and Chicago White Sox 1987-present (2011). He signed Ray Durham, Bryan Harvey, James Baldwin, Roberto Hernández and Kent Anderson.
