ABC Supply Stadium in Beloit, WI, is the home of the Beloit Sky Carp, the Miami Marlins' High-A Midwest League farm team. The 2021 MLB Minor League Reorganization that was intended to lessen parent-farm distances threw these two together after a guessing game didn't play out as the Oakland Athletics expected.

Miami and Beloit differ in distance by more than 2,000 miles, not to mention by more than 30 degrees of temperature on an average April evening because of a difference of nearly 17 degrees in latitude. During the reshuffle, reports surfaced that the Toronto Blue Jays would drop their longtime affiliate in Vancouver, BC. Eyeing an open West Coast farm club, the A's dropped the then-Beloit Snappers - but the Jays ultimately kept the Canadians and Miami beat Oakland to Beloit just as it went from an ancient ballpark to a brand-new one.

The Coronavirus pandemic delayed the April 2020 groundbreaking, but the ballpark was finished in just over a year and opened with a July 29, 2021, screening of The Sandlot (1993). The Snappers were on the road and didn't get to christen their new playpen until their August 3rd, 9-5, 10-inning loss before a crowd some estimated as 3,500 that was officially reported in the box score as 3,284. The 3,698 reported on August 14, 2022, is not only the smallest house record in stadiums hosting High-A baseball but also the smallest in full-season affiliated ball.

The pandemic also delayed the start of the 2021 campaign and limited its crowd sizes, but in the ballpark's first full season the next year it hosted more fans than ever before in Beloit professional baseball history in terms of both total and average-per-game: respectively, 102,794 topping 1986's 101,127 and 1,632 beating 2004's 1,487.

The previously community-owned club, little concerned with profit, had long risked being dropped from affiliated baseball over outdated Pohlman Field. After Minor League Baseball issued a March 2019 ultimatum and with the Snappers on one of the leaked contraction lists, a 13th-hour deal - the stated deadline had actually passed - saved Beloit baseball. Pensacola Blue Wahoos owner Quint Studer, who launched his career in nearby Janesville, WI, brokered it: A local real estate development firm built the stadium with its own funds in exchange for naming rights, its sister company named it, a non-profit was set up to operate it, and Studer took over as team owner.

The ballpark features a 360-degree concourse and artificial turf. The main gate opens on center field, and the Wisconsin-Illinois line is just a foul-straight-back from the plate.
