The 2019 American Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at Spectrum Field in Clearwater, FL. #2 University of Cincinnati defeated #4 University of Connecticut for the title. Outfielder A.J. Bumpass of Cincinnati was named tournament Most Outstanding Player.
