The 2012 Arizona Diamondbacks had three members with 20 or more home runs, led by Jason Kubel's 30. Two players, Paul Goldschmidt (20 homers, 18 stolen bases) and Justin Upton (17 homers, 18 stolen bases) nearly reached the 20-20 mark, but fell short. Aaron Hill's All-Star-quality campaign featured 26 home runs, 85 RBI, 14 steals and a .302 batting average.
Two pitchers won 15 or more games, with Ian Kennedy going 15-12 with a 4.02 ERA and Wade Miley going 16-11 with a 3.33 ERA. The bullpen featured three solid performances: Closer J.J. Putz had 32 saves and a 2.82 ERA in 57 games, while Brad Ziegler posted a 2.49 mark in 77 appearances and David Hernandez had a 2.50 ERA in 72 games, striking out 12.9 batters per nine innings.
