2004 CWS Super Regionals
The field of 64 teams in the 2004 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship is broken down into 16 4-team Regionals, played at the home site of the #1 seed. The top team in each bracket advanced to the Super Regionals, a best of three series, played between June 11 and June 13. The eight winners of the Super Regionals advance to the 2004 College World Series.
Long Beach Super Regional[edit]
The Long Beach Super Regional features the #3 seed from the South Bend Regional - University of Arizona vs. the #2 seed from the Palo Alto Regional - California State University, Long Beach.
