2017 CWS Super Regionals

The field of 64 teams in the 2017 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship was broken down into 16 four-team Regionals, played at the home site of the #1 seed. The top team in each bracket advanced to the Super Regionals, a best-of-three series, played between June 9 and June 12. The eight winners of the Super Regionals advance to the 2017 College World Series.

Corvallis Super Regional[edit]

The Corvallis Super Regional features the #1 seed from the Corvallis Regional - Oregon State University vs. the #2 seed from the Clemson Regional - Vanderbilt University.

Davidson, in its first national postseason appearance of any kind, pushed Texas A&M to the limit after upending national #2 seed University of North Carolina in Regional play. Game 1 went 15 innings and Davidson led 6-2 after 7 innings in game 2.
