1996 Trans America Athletic Conference Tournament
The 1996 Trans America Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held at Conrad Park in DeLand, FL. 1996 introduced a controversial opening round to the TAAC postseason. All 12 conference teams were paired up in a best of 3 opening round. The 6 winners then advanced to the tournament. #4 University of Central Florida defeated #5 Florida Atlantic University for the title. Nick Presto of Florida Atlantic was named MVP.
