The 1988 Atlantic Coast Conference baseball tournament was held at Greenville Municipal Stadium in Greenville, SC. #3 Georgia Institute of Technology defeated #5 University of North Carolina for the title. Georgia Tech's Ty Griffin was named tournament MVP.
