1914 International League season
The 1914 International League season was the 3rd season under the IL name. The Providence Grays won the title; their team included Babe Ruth, playing his only minor league season; Ruth began the year with the Baltimore Orioles before being sold to Providence in August. Ruth went 23-8, finishing second in the IL in wins.
