[1] Signed by the St. Louis Cardinals, he made his pro debut with the DSL Cardinals, going 2-1 with a 2.27 ERA in 18 outings in 2016. The next year with the same team, he fell to 1-7, 3.16. He tied for third in the Dominican Summer League in losses.

In '18, he pitched for the DSL Cardinals Red (1.64 in 2 G) and GCL Cardinals (3-4, 5.53). He split 2019 between the Johnson City Cardinals (2-1, 2 Sv, 2.42 in 11 G) and Peoria Chiefs (1-0, 2.45 in 7 G). He pitched 2 1/3 shutout innings for the Astronautas de Chiriquí in the 2020 Caribbean Series. After the 2020 minor league season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he allowed two runs (one earned) in 3 1/3 innings for the Federales de Chiriquí in the 2021 Caribbean Series.

Back with Peoria in 2021, he was 3-8 with a save and a 3.33 ERA, striking out 115 in 97 1/3 IP. He was 5th in High-A Central in whiffs and led in ERA. He tied for 8th in the Cards system in defeats but was 6th in Ks, between Connor Thomas and Ramon Santos. He struggled for the Astronautas de Los Santos in the 2022 Caribbean Series, allowing four runs and five walks in one-and-a-third innings, taking the loss against Ryan Kussmaul and the Gigantes del Cibao.

For the 2022 Chiefs, he was 6-8 with a 5.02 ERA and 129 strikeouts in 118 1/3 IP. He was 6th in the Cards farm system in whiffs (between Trent Baker and Dionys Rodriguez) and tied for 7th in losses. He made Panama's team for the 2022 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers but did not appear in a game as Panama pitched back-to-back shutouts to win a spot in the 2023 World Baseball Classic, their first World Baseball Classic in 14 years.
