Team History[edit]
The Johnson City Cardinals were an affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals in the Appalachian League. They played their home games at Howard Johnson Field in Johnson City, Tennessee. In the minor league reorganization of 2021 they were tranformed into a summer collegiate outfit and renamed the Johnson City Doughboys.
