Biographical Information[edit]

Warren Guistel was an outfielder for the Hawks de La Guerche de Bretagne in Division Elite. He was 1 for 8 for the New Caledonia national team in the 2003 South Pacific Games. He hit .211/.333/.263 in 2007, when he was La Guerche's main center fielder. He was on the New Caledonia team that won Silver in the 2007 South Pacific Games; one of his teammates, Philippe Lecourieux, also played in France. In 2008, Warren batted .154/.248/.183 with 37 strikeouts in 104 AB and fielded only .805 in left field. During 2009, Guistel was 2 for 23 with a walk and 3 runs.

He appeared in the 2008 Challenge de France with the Hawks. In the 2011 Pacific Games, he got into one game, taking over third for Remi Couarraze when Couarraze relieved the injured Jacques Levy on the hill. Guistel got one at-bat, fanning against John Pangelinan.

He was still active in the French minors through 2018.
